This is a nice steakhouse inside the Hyatt Regency. There isn't a dress code. It's nice without being stuffy. The server was attentive and helpful. The are two vegetarian options not listed on the menu. There are enough sides to make a veggie plate. If you choose that option, askl for half portions because they are shareable size. Try the cheese curds because they are surprisingly different. The bread is good. Try it without the butter first. If you want to try the steak before you order your entree, try the steak appetizer. Our party really liked them and it helped seal the deal on what they would order. They have a great selection of wine, bourbon, whiskey, and signature cocktails. Good experience overall.

Had a group dinner here at a conference and they were super accommodating, got us in for a 12 person reservation last minute. The calamari was standard but the crab legs in sauce were absolutely delicious, as was the lobster tail. Good ambiance, in the Hyatt Regency Seattle hotel. Certainly on the pricier end.. but overall impressed by quality and would consider coming back for a date night.

Conveniently located in the hotel we were staying. The ambiance is low lighting and lounge type feeling in the bar area where we sat. The bar staff were extremely prompt and accommodating as we had people come and join us and eave throughout out time there. I ordered a Virgin Standard Mojito and the Daniel's USDA Prime Rib Dip medium rare. Drink was good, and food was filling, in my opinion a large order of fries, the Prime Rib dip was a little odd to eat, but it was soft. With being cut like a thick steak some of the first and last bites were mostly bread but the middle was filled with with the steak. The Au Jus almost looked gravy like from afar, but was the thin consistency you'd expect from Au Jus and had good flavor that helped soften up the bread. I was expecting a bit more presentation from the food, but it didn't lack in flavor. They do not offer doubles at this location said our bar staff per company policy.

This restaurant is a classic spot, great for celebrating special occasions. I ordered a few appetizers like the Filet Mignon Steak Strips and Spicy Barbecued Prawns, which were delicious. The steak was great but not the best I've ever had. It was perfectly cooked as requested but had a few burnt ends and wasn't the juiciest. But the staff were very friendly and the ambiance is nice with a view. I did order drinks and it took a while for it to come. It is definitely on the pricier end so I'd only come if you had something to celebrate.

What a festive, wonderful Christmas Eve we had at Daniel's Broiler downtown Seattle!!! Everything just over top delish. Including the best service from Mike, our server and Maitre D Kevin. Not only was our experience top notch,, the ambience just beautifully decorated. The customer service that we experienced, I have not witnessed in a long time.. Believe me I know, as I am a retired 33 yr Flight Attendant. Mike, made sure there was not one thing served without a smile and graciousness perfection. We were a little worried about our Christmas Eve not in a home, but not now. We will definitely be back for another fabulous evening with impeccable service and the best steak in town. Thank you Mike and Kevin for providing such a wonderful dining experience ever! Andrea, Ole and Olivia

This is a very nice upscale restaurant for Steak and Seafood. It is their second restaurant with the other being located on Union Lake. Great ambiance and the waiters do a fantastic job and they don't rush your meal. You can't go wrong with any of the items on their menu. I tried the Alaskan Halibut this round and it was so good! It kind of had a Mediterranean vibe as it was placed on top of a slice of pita and surrounded with what I believe was hummus, black bean hummus and tzatziki sauces. I've had their steaks before and they are usually cooked to perfection.

Solid service from staffs. I was there for a conference and they gave us plenty of time for the rest of the party to be seated. I got the filet mignon with rogue creamery blue cheese and crispy brussels sprouts. The filet mignon was cooked to my preference and the garlicky mashed potatoes were delicious. The red pepper jelly with crispy brussels sprouts and crunchy bacon was delightful. Got the butter cake to go for later and the raspberry sauce had a nice tart taste to cut the overall decadent dessert.
